There were 29 HBCU alumni playing on NFL rosters in the 2018 season.

South Carolina State University leads all HBCUs with 7 former Bulldogs on NFL rosters in 2018:

The Arizona Cardinals lead all NFL teams with 4 HBCU alumni on the roster in 2018:

Rodney Gunter, DT, Delaware State University; Chad Williams, WR, Grambling State Univeristy; Antoine Bethea, FS, Howard; Justin Evans, OT, South Carolina State University.
